We regret to announce that No Bounds Training and Wellness Center will close next week, with last classes from No Bounds Wellness on 10/24. No Bounds Wellness will merge with Pulse Personal Training and we will migrate our programming and members to Pulse and continue on under the Pulse name. Holly and staff are excited
We’re previewing Mon-Wed this week at No Bounds, but here’s the full weekly lineup of “Thrive!” at Pulse beginning Thursday, Nov 1st. Monday — always reps, always bodyweight … “500” Tuesday — mixed modalities — Tabata x6 Wednesday — Bell & Balls (dumbbells, kettlebells, med balls, slam balls, bosu .. you get the picture Thursday
The return of Tabata Tuesday … and our last group session with lots of ropes for a little while. Ropes, paired with bodyweight only moves. Blocks for cardio, upper body, core, lower body, mobility … and a bonus cardio block if you want a taste of the Tabata in the upcoming 45 minute format!
As we begin our last few at (and as) No Bounds, we roll out the new weekly programming themes … Mondays … “500”.
