Fitness/Wellness by No Bounds Wellness
Boot Camps 30 Minute early morning boot camps. All original, no explicit music, suitable for most ages. Special emphasis on body weight only movements to promote balance, strength, and stability. Boot camps run early in the morning beginning at 5:15, 6 and 8:30 am on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays, we feature the same style workouts but in an open block format from 5-6:30 am (Monday/Wednesday) and 6-7:15 am on Saturday, giving you the flexibility to go a little longer or shorter and set your own start time (but give yourself at least 25-30 minutes!)
Barre You’ve admired dancers’ bodies, admit it (we all have). Barre combines Pilates, Yoga and Ballet moves to give you beautiful, sculpted, lean muscles – in a low impact workout. Barre also demands focus! And focus you reclaim as you go through your workout – armed (with well-defined arms we might add) to face the rest of your day calmly, confidently, health-fully.
POUND® Channel your inner rockstar with this full-body cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Yoga (returns 9/20/18) Vinyasa, also called flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together, is one of the most popular contemporary styles of yoga. … In vinyasa yoga, each movement is synchronized to a breath. The breath is given primacy, acting as an anchor as you move from one pose to the next.
Qigong/Tai Chi/TaijiFit All the health benefits of these eastern internal martial arts are amazing but the learning curve can be daunting. No forms to memorize – just follow along! Join Jim in practice Monday-Wednesday- Friday and 10:30 am. Meditation (returning with the new school year) Unplug for 15-30 minutes at Noon. Tuesday-Friday, Jim invites anyone wanting to take a mid-day break to join his daily practice. Unlimited memberships — one fee, covers 6 or 12 months. Members may attend any class, with no limits on the number of classes. All unlimited memberships are family memberships and may be used by spouses and children through college age. 6 month – $229 Annual – $399
Discounted memberships are available to families of athletes of Ozaukee Aquatics, North Shore United Soccer Club, and Cedarburg Select Baseball. The discount is open to all families in the clubs. 30% discount on either the 6 month or annual membership. Please contact Jim before signing up to get the discount code!
Class Packs — for adult classes, 12 class packs usable for any class and are valid for 6 months. $99
Gym Access Only – although we are not a conventional “gym”, we do offer unrestricted access (door code) to the Center during both staffed and non-staffed times (subject to facility availability during classes and events). $20, renewable monthly.
