We’re going to ease into the new week with some fairly lighthearted cardio … some new combinations to get a good sweat on without burying anyone for the remainder of the week!!
Friday again and that means we wanna tabata!! Here’s your quartet .. we’re going to back off an dedicated arms block as quite a few (including yours truly…) are still feeling the effects of sessions earlier this week!
