We are an independent fitness/wellness facility in  beautiful Cedarburg, WI. We are your local home for  wellness offerings consisting of original (every day!) boot camp style small group fitness, yoga, qigong, and meditation

See the calendar for current small group class schedules. We offer multiple class blocks daily and we invite you to come preview any of our classes.

Our  30-minute boot camp style classes for any level of fitness.  Sessions focus on mobility, strength, balance and cardio in a family-friendly environment featuring original programming every day and no explicit lyrics blasting at you over the speakers.

We continue to expand the yoga offerings available as a separate practice or in conjunction with your fitness regimen? Never tried yoga?  Our instructors will ease you over your reservations and you’ll be hooked in no time!

Our most recent addition is Qigong … free and open to the public, Jim began practicing daily about a year ago and has a quite remarkable personal healing story that is hard to connect to anything but the daily practice of this ancient modality of Traditional Chinese Medicine.  We’re not really “teaching” Qigong, but you are invited to join Jim on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 6:30 am and accompany! It’s free!

The facility features fully stocked racks and plenty of bars, plates, and dumbbells for those who like traditional work with the iron.  For those seeking more functional movement work, and a large collection of kettle bells, battling ropes, sleds and other strength/conditioning tools stands at the ready.  A 2000+ sq ft indoor turf area houses a cage for hockey, baseball and golf training, a full size (and a pair of minis!) soccer goal and a wide array of training aids for solo and team training sessions.  Boot camp sessions are fresh every day and leverage everything the facility offers!
