NBW Boot Camp #1000 — Woohoo!! – December 8th

We made it!! Number 1000!  So we’re taking it back to where it all began … the first 40 or so of those were nothing but ropes. And it is still one of our go-to tools. Great for cardio. Great for range of motion. Great for strength. Good stuff all around — and dare I say even fun too!!  So here it is … our 1000 rep battling ropes workout to celebrate the milestone.
