Tuesday this week is Legs and Glutes Day!! (one of these will be among the evening’s Tabata sequences but we’ll do something other than pure legs for the late regular group session)
Arms are for balance only today .. 6 moves .. 30/30 x 3 rounds ought to do it with an optional finisher!
1. Alternating Reverse Lunges
2. Squat Jacks
3. Side Squat “Under the Wire”
4. Squat Pulses (in sets of 10, then come up briefly.. back down, repeat!)
5. Skater Lunges — we’ll use the large tiles as a distance reference
6. In and Out Squat Jumps
