Friday, March 6th (with Thursday night preview)

Friday is circuit day and we’ll preview it as always at the late Thursday session. We’ll repurpose 3 of the 4 stations from the 8:15 Thursday night 4x4x4 Tabata Boot camp and add 5 others.  2 times through, 1 minute on station with 15 second transition.  Rest as needed, but no more than that!  These are in no particular order — order TBD as we set up (Thursday night’s preview often prompts a few tweaks prior to the Friday early morning sessions!)


  • Slam Balls
  • Multi level (to choose from…) mountain climbers
  • Dumbbell Snatches
  • “Plant Dolly Pikes”
  • Battling Rope Alternating Wave
  • Kettlebell Goblet Squats
  • Box Steps/Jumps
  • Med Ball Roll Pushups
