Marathon Tuesday with 2 early and 2 late classes with a couple pairs/privates in between .. so here’s the regular group for Tuesday (I’ll post the Tabata separately..)

4 rounds …. 45/30, 30/45/, 45/30, 30/30  … 3 combo moves..whenlifeknocksyoudown

1. Alternating side offset pushups + 1 mountain climber after every 2 pushups

2.  Burpees with double thruster at the bottom, 2 jumping jacks up top

3.  Med ball Russian twist with raise and extend after every 5
