Tuesday core … Plank Mania!!plank_low_sil

We’ll go 4 rounds, alternating between low and high plank as the base position.. 30/15 with an extra 45 second as we transition between the low and high sequences.

Each round looks like this:

1.  Jacks

2.  Taps

3.  Ts

4.  Plank Bird Dog

5. Finish each sequence with jumping jack
