Wednesday, February 11th – Evening Edition

ropemanThe bootcamp style session from the morning was great, but since Wednesdays are about ropes around here, we’ll fire up a ropes only version for the evening session.

40/20 x 3 rounds .. about a minute rest between rounds

1. Seated grappler toss

2. Max height alternating wave

3.  Seated wide wave (alt or 2 hand – u pick)

4. Max height 2 hand wave

5  Seated speed wave

6. Sweeps
