Here is the ropes session for Tuesday evening (the workout will follow the presentation by Dr. Kyle Ross about the connection between nutrition and healthy eyes – see details HERE. The presentation begins at 7:30 … catch that and then stay for the workout!) and Wednesday morning.  We’ll change things up a bit for Wednesday night ropes.
