We rotate back to leg day this week Tuesday .. here it is…afterlegday

16 minutes AMRAP — option to add hand weights to all…

1. Alt Reverse Lunges 20x each leg

2. Choice of 2x side lunge + inchworm (or plank walkout .. you choose!), alternating directions of lunge to other end of floor  OR … bound (standing broad jump) + burpee, repeat to end of floor

3.  Squats x20

4.  Duck walk return — each round alternate between forward and backward duck walk
