Tuesday is a leg day this week, so while our Mondays are full body workouts, this one will have a core and upper body focus.
45/15 x 3 rounds, we’ll take about a minute between rounds.
Equipment — we’ll use a pair of light-ish dumbbells and use a cage bag for elevation
1. Mountain Climber
2. Single arm shoulder press, switch sides every 5 reps
3. Plank curls (dumbbell to chest)
4. Back lunge to knee kick (alternating)
5. Supine pullovers
6. Burpee to Tuck Jump (can mod all the way back to a step back/up and reach)
