After a milbodyweight_sild and dryish December, winter has returned with a vengeance .. not an overwhelming dumping of snow but oh my, it is going to be cold come Monday morning with temps below zero and wind chills in the scary zone.  And the rest of the week doesn’t look any better!  Assuming cooperation of transportation and such, here’s the plan for the Monday workouts (5:15 am, 6 am and 8:45 pm):

We’ll go a little old school today … simple movements, go at your own intensity

 

 

Format 30/15 —  3 rounds plus a finisher, rest 1 minute between rounds

1. Total Body Extensions

2.  Sprawls

3.  Jumping Jacks

4.  Plank Shoulder Taps

5.  Alternating Reverse Lunge

6.  Pushups

7.  High Knees Sprint in Place

Finisher — 3x3x1 — 3 exercises, 3 minutes, 1 rep at a time each exercise

What else!!!  Burpee – Squat — Pushup  (in the order .. pushup at the bottom of the burpee optional)
