Alt wave – burpee – Alt wave – squat – Alt wave – pushup
Record your burpees, squats and pushups .. we’ll tally at the end and if anyone needs to make up the difference from their daily goal, we’ll do that as a finisher.
Nothing fancy, but a whole lotta work will get done!
