Extra early morning class next 2 weeks!

On Mcropped-logo.pngonday, 12/22, we’ll add a third early morning block. Morning sessions at 5:15, 6 and 6:45 am.  Here is what Monday morning looks like..

45/15 x 3 rounds + finisher

1. Side Lunge/Squat/Side Lunge

2. Sit Outs

3. Alt Reverse Lunge with Reach

4.  Spider Climbers

5.  Sumo Squat Hops

Finisher:  3 minutes of PSB Challenge .. format 15/10/5, keep track of your numbers!
