The summer program is almost over .. are you in for the fall yet? If not, jump on board before the spots fill up. 4 exercises .. rounds of 60, 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 second each exercise
We also go descending on the rest between rounds … hey, last round only last 40 TOTAL SECONDS!
1. Squat with alternating front kick
2. Pushups combined with back leg lifts
3. Skater Lunges – alternating
