Early Morning Group – Hill Day – 8/6



Tuesday was a scorcher on the arms and shoulders .. ahhhhhh (come on, we did have another glorious sunrise!).  We’ll keep up the rigor for one more day but I promise, no arm work!!

Wednesday, August 6th  “A Humdinger on the Hill”

4 trips up today …  1 and 3 are just up and back (walk back down is fine!!), push the pace as much as you can

2 and 4 look like this:

Jog first 30 yards

Walking lunge next 30

High knees (walking or running) next 30

Duck walk the next 30

Run to top … walking return
