Tuesday was a warm one!! No problem breaking a sweat during our bodyweight combinations session! We’ll stick with the minimalist approach at the hill on Wednesday — running cross hill rather than up and down with some new movements on both ends. There are 6 weeks remaining in the summer session. East Side — Crossovers — Squat with Reach Through (10x each side)
West Side — Sumo Squat with crossover high knee (10x each side)
