Early Morning Group – 7/22



We opened the week with a stunning sunrise, a little sprinting, some walking lunges and a hundred pushups.  We’ll continue with another bodyweight only on Tuesday.    There are 6 weeks remaining in the summer session.  Still plenty of training days so come on out!   Details and registration HERE.




Tuesday, July 22nd – Some New Twists on Old Moves!

Format 30 seconds each X 3 rounds.  We’ll take our brisk walking lap between rounds.

1. Plank Walkout to Pushup

2. 3x Pulse Squat w/ Alternating Front Kick

3.  Crouch to alternating high back leg lift

4.  Single Leg Pulsing (x3) Bridge (left)

5.  Single Leg Pulsing (x3) Bridge (right)

6.  Plank Alternating T Kickouts

7.  V-Sit Punches

8.   Plank Hold
