Another gorgeous (albeit chilly start for mid July!!) morning on Thursday. On Friday, as always, we bring a few extra toys for our Friday circuit!
Friday, July 18th — Circuit Day!
18 minutes – AMRAP Here are the stations (not necessarily in this order though!!)
1. Slosh Pipe Carry (front loaded)
2. Standing Broad Jumps
3. Suspension Rows/Suspension Pushups or Flys/Suspension Tricep Extension (rotate each round)
4. Sideways Duck Walk
5. Slam Ball Backward Overhead Throw
6. Straight line (over a pipe….) Bear Crawl
7. Kettlebell Goblet Squat
And the end of each circuit, either jog or walk briskly around the loop back to the start
