Great turnout for the 6 am session on Tuesday morning. So glad to see you bringing out your friends and neighbors!! Wednesday morning, we make our weekly visit to the sledding hill just down the road a bit at Mee-Kwon Park.
Wednesday, July 9th — Diamond in the Rough
Mixing metaphors a bit here … we’ll be traversing ground in the shape of a diamond .. and the ground, well, the grass is generally a tad on the long side and on the other side of the road through the park, they’d call that the rough… hmmmm. Okay, it’s a stretch..
Here’s what we’ll do… a diamond outline will be marked. Starting point will be in the center. On the two sides, we’ll make a turn, doing alternating lunges on the east side, pushups on the west side. You may go either direction to start and then just alternate each round. You’ll make a turn toward the top and at the top marker do duck unders, then proceed to the other side marker, do the exercise, then down to the bottom marker for squats. Return to the first marker completing the diamond and then walk back to the center starting point. We’ll set the clock to cap at 18 minutes .. see how many trips you can get in. Rest as needed, but push each loop hard and try for just a rest before each loop. Below is my non artistic rendering….
All the workouts will be archived HERE.
We’re going all summer so you haven’t missed much!! Details to join HERE
