Hopefully everyone is having a great holiday weekend. Make sure you do NOT take 3 days in a row off .. we did a pretty tough week, so if you want to go back to back rest days, that’s okay, but my guideline is never that a 3rd consecutive day off. You should be “mindfully active” every day but at least one of Fri-Sat-Sun on these long weekends needs to be something to tax your system. Monday morning we get right back into it with a follow along trio of body weight exercises.
Monday, July 7th — 3 v 3 v 3
3 circuits, 3 movements each circuit, 30/10 format X 3 each circuit before resting. We’ll rest about 2 minutes between circuits.
Circuit 1 –> Jumping Jacks | Pushups | Squat w/Heel Raise
Circuit 2 –> Jumping Jacks | Spider Climbers | Alternating Reverse Lunge
Circuit 3 –> Jumping Jacks | Sprawls | Prisoner Diagonal Lunges
