Shoulders and core got a good working over Tuesday morning … Wednesday we make our weekly journey to the hill!!
Wednesday, July 2nd — Hill Day!
Nothing fancy needed on hill day! We’ll do a minimum of 4 trips up, 2 just vanilla runs, the other pair with some variations. We’ll mark a stretch of about 80 yards
The variation trips will look like this:
Run 30 yds, walking lunge next 15 yds, bear crawl next 10 yards, sprint to end
Walk back to start .. rest as needed, especially after the plain runs. Try to get at least 2 of each.
