Next Boot Camp Session – Tuesday, June 24th

After yet another stormy morning (though it let up considerably after the cancel note went out.. grrrrrrr) on Monday, we’ll tee up that same session for Tuesday.


Tuesday, June 24th.  Suspension Surprise!

Format: 2 suspension trainer hubs (3 trainers each) spaced 75 yards apart.  3 exercises on each end, traverse (choice) between. 15 minutes AMRAP

Hub 1 — 5 reps each of  1.  Jump Squat   2.  Inverted Row   3.  T-I-Y Fly

Hub 2 — 5 reps each of  1.  Jump Squat  2.  Bicep Curl  3.  Tricep Extension
