Fit Test – 3/18/14

Tonite’s group session will be in the format of a “fit test” .. we’ve done something similar before but I wanted to give everyone something that they could repeat at a later date on their own if desired (a hard copy guide will be passed out tonite).

So, tonite we have only 3 exercises and we will be on the clock to give you a benchmark to compete against at a later date.

There are 3 parts — we begin each round with 15 2-hand kettlebell swings and finish each round with 15 bodyweight squats.  In the middle we’ll do pushups and this middle piece you can adjust to your fitness level.

Beginner Level — 10 rounds, First Round 10 pushups, decrease by 1 each round.

15-10-15 | 15-9-15 | 15-8-15 ……  15-1-15

Intermediate Level — 10 round, First Round 10 pushups, decrease down to 6, then repeat 6 and increase back to 10.

15-10-15 | 15-9-15 | 15-8-15 | 15-7-15 | 15-6-15 | 15-6-15 | 15-7-15 ……  15-10-15

Advanced Levels — 15 rounds, First Rounds 15 pushups, decrease down to 8, then increased back up to 15

15-15-15 | 15-14-14 … 15-8-15 | 15-9-15 … 15-15-15
