Group Fitness Class – 2/18/14

Tonite we’re in the full group format .. upstairs in the dance studio  (remember – no shoes!)

We’ll do 2 separate mini circuits .. 3 exercises per circuit, 4 rounds of each before moving to next … 20/10 format and we’ll take about a minute between circuits..

(note to 7:30 crew … we may go 30/10 instead .. but we’ll see!)

Circuit #1  (4 rounds each, we do all 4 on the exercise before moving to next exercise in the sequence)

1.  Walkout to Double Pushup

2.  Standing Knee to Opposite Elbow

3.  Prisoner Squat

Circuit #2  (again, 4 rounds each, we do all 4 on the exercise before moving to next exercise in the sequence)

1. Spiderman Burpee

2.  Seated Paddle (using strap under tension)

3.  Squat Hold w/strap overhead under tension)

We’ll do a somewhat more strenuous version of the Bird Dog as a finisher… 🙂
