Fitness Ropes – 1/9/14 – “20 in 20”

Tonite’s format is drop dead simple … 20 rope exercises, 30 seconds each. Alternate with 30 seconds of “something else”.  What is “something else”? Well, that depends on you!!  We’ll give you some options ranging from just resting to really amping it up …   come join us!! (click here)
