Tonite we’re back on the timer for a hip and lower body density mode session with 3 exercises

 

Beginner/Intermediate Class

30/10 – 6 rounds each exercise, 1 minute transitions

1. Marching Hip Bridge

2. Alternating Reverse Lunge

3. Alternating Rope Wave with Squats

Recommended Cooldown – Sun Salutation Sequence

Advanced Class

40/10 – 6 rounds each exercise, 1 minute transitions

1. Marching Hip Bridge

2. Alternating Reverse Lunge

3. Alternating Rope Wave with Squats

Recommended Cooldown – Sun Salutation Sequence
