Fitness Ropes – 11/26/13

Workout today is AMRAP (As Many Reps/Rounds As Possible) You may start anywhere in the sequence, but maintain the order once you start.  Rest and take water as needed – ideally try to go start to finish and just modify the intensity.

 

Beginner/Intermediate Class

AMRAP 15 minutes

1. Burpee X 10

2. Kettlebell 2 Hand Swing X 10

3. Rope Circles X 10

4. Pushups X10

Recommended Cooldown – Sun Salutation Sequence

Advanced Class

AMRAP 18 minutes

1. Burpee X 15

2. Kettlebell 2 Hand Swing X 15

3. Rope Circles X 15

4. Pushups X15

Recommended Cooldown – Sun Salutation Sequence
