Tonite we work down a ladder…. Two exercises, one on the ropes, the other our favorite nemesis – the Burpee!!  Start with 10 reps each, then 9 each, then 8 each, then.. well, you get the idea…

 

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Ropes:  Side Lunge w/Alternating Wave

Bodyweight:  Burpee!

 

Advanced Class will add a finisher:

Tabata Protocol (20/10 x 8) of Squat/Low Position Hold
