Workout today is AMRAP (As Many Reps/Rounds As Possible) You may start anywhere in the sequence, but maintain the order once you start.

 

Beginner/Intermediate Class

AMRAP 12 minutes

1. Jump Rope X 25

2. Kettlebell 2 Hand Swing X 20

3. Rope Claps X 15

4. Pushups X10

Cooldown – Sun Salutation Sequence

Advanced Class

AMRAP 15 minutes

1. Jump Rope X 50

2. Kettlebell 2 Hand Swing X 25

3. Rope Claps X 25

4. Pushups X10

Cooldown – Sun Salutation Sequence
