Training Log – 9/1/13

Didn’t have my hills in yet this week, so I took my weekend WOD over to a local elementary school which sports a pretty nice little bump of terrain…

5 minutes of mobility warmup …. then..

5 rounds of:

50 yard sprint up the hill

5 Cross body mountain climber burpees

Walking recovery to start

———-

Rest 2 minutes, then..

5 rounds of:

50 yard sprint up the hill

5 pushups

Walking recovery to start

———

Cool down with simple yoga sun salutation sequence
